On “Our Blog” site when selecting categories ALL, I get a 403 – Forbidden Error.
All other categories work.
From the Blog Side Bar I have dragged another categories box over but still get same error

What is the address of the website you are having trouble with, @MrPaulTSA? I didn't see any sites in the account tied to your Community profile.

Hi there. You have created your site through a third party hosting company. We do not have access to your account, unfortunately. If you continue to experience an issue on your end you will need to reach out to your hosting company, SiteGround.

Following is the message I received from Siteground site, their response is the reason that I contacted Weebly Community for advice:
The reason for the 403 message is because there's nothing in the "all" section and since there's no index.php or index.html file, the server returns 403 error.
If you try accessing the subpages located in /home/automato/public_html/www.tsasia.co.th/our-blog/category/all, you won't receive a 403 error:
http://www.tsasia.co.th/our-blog/category/all/contact-us.asp
This means that the issue is not server-side but application related issue which is out of scope of our support.
If you have other inquiries you are welcome to contact us again by opening a new ticket.
Sincerely,
Nadya M.
