Adding a gift card to items list

Hello, I am trying to set up gift cards on my site. I have enabled gift cards and the insturctions say I can add the card to my store like any other item, but I can't see a way of doing that. When I go to items it doesn't appear in the list. How do I get it to appear?

Hi, @MelGee! Great question - thank you for posting.

I think that something is broken, but I'm not sure which of these two things it is:

1. Gift cards should be shown in items and on your published website.

2. The Gift Card page in your dashboard should not be shown because they aren't supported for your account yet.

I think it's more likely the latter from what I just saw in my own test account. Can you contact our support team so they can take a look.

I'm having the exact same issue as OP - I have a Business account and in the paid features it says I should be able to offer gift cards, but there is no "Category" option showing to add it to, and no way that I can work out to add the Gift Cards to my website. Would love some help too, thanks! - Kate
