Add Padding to Right Side of Website Content

I added an AddThis Share widget to my Weebly website. It seems to work good and shows up on every page, but it hangs over the last couple letters of my articles.

The only way I personally know how to fix this is to add a spacer to the right side of every page with an article. Which would be over 80 pages I would have to do this. So instead I was hoping I could add a little padding to the right of all content on the website through HTML or CSS that would take care of every page in one quick change.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

In case it helps for someone to look at what I mean....

@K-J-Ester   I don't know whether you have noticed but when viewing the mobile view of your home page the main menu is not showing (using Chrome)...

Thanks NJRFTF

I have noticed that and have no idea how to fix it. lol  Though to be honest, I havent looked too hard because the main menu really isnt very important to me. My front page has links separated into different categories and that is where people will find the articles.  Though I did just recently add a site search to the main menu and so I guess I should consider getting that fixed now. lol
