Action button in header won't update

I tried to add an email sign up to my header, using the Action button feature. Regardless of where I direct the action button, it always reads "Shop Now." What's the fix here? See screenshot.

Sorry for the confusion, @queenfayzel. All you need to do is highlight and edit the text directly in the button.
