Trying to renew domain, but am Weeby for Education user so all renewals seem to be suspended

Dear Weebly,

I have been using Weebly for Education for years, with great success, creating collaborative websites with my students.  I am crushed that Weebly is disontinuing the Educational platform and pricing!  

I need to renew two of my domains, one of which has expired -- I tried to renew it before it expired -- but every time I followed the normal procedure for renewal, my request got bumped to the informational message about Weebly for Education ending, without any pathway forward to renew the domains.

If I can no longer use Weebly for Education, at least I don't want to lose the domain names and websites.

Can you please help me?

The domains / websites that I am trying to retain are:

www.stephanierupp.org (expired on 22 January 2022)

www.lehmanlab.org (will expire on 28 February 2022)

I have several other domain names for which I will need to find solutions.

I have tried emailing my request to Weebly two times in the last week, but I have not received a reply to either email.

Frustrated.

I'm sorry for the frustration! Our support teams are a bit backed up at the moment, but they will be able to assist with the manual renewal. Is the site still online? I believe there is ~30 day window after the domain expires where it will still function properly, and is able to renew without an additional fee.
