'Currency mismatch error message'

I have had my domain transferred over to me from a third party and this has been confirmed in an email from Weebly. But my website is now offline as the domain has expired. I click on the links to renew via the email sent by weebly and also try to extend or add payment via my account on-line and just keep getting the error message about currency incompatibility. I am in the UK. I have emailed weebly three times and no response. I have waited for chat for 40 mins (in USA time) and keep being disconnected due to 'innactivity'. It is so frustrating and my website, my business, is offline!  Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for posting, @JacqGee? Can you try again? I made a change on our end which should help.

Hi!

I have the same message "currency_mismatch". I try to upgrade my plan to a WebPro and nothing works, the same message appears all the time. I am in Canada. What should I do to have access to the Pro plan?

Thank you for your help!

Danielle
