Template Form

I created a new page and then dragged the Contact Element on to the page.

I can not drag the Contact Form to the top of the page. The contact form seems to be stuck on the bottom half of the page.

Could this be that the template is causing the problem.

Should I remove the template so I can create a blank page?

How do remove the template?

Try switching to a differen browser, @TL2. Chrome or FireFox would both be solid choices, and you shouldn't have trouble dragging any content up to the white section.
