I want to get a refund of my automatic pro plan charge.
Hello.
I don't want to delete my websites but the problem is I don't use it in business way anymore,
which means I don't need the business plan, so I request a full refund of the Pro plan's renewal charge.
I did not know that it will automatically charge me at the end of November..
It has been charged in Korean time, 12:32 PM 2019-12-02, by my Hana mastercard.
my website URL is annanefr.com
I sent all the payment informations such as the last 4 digits of my card number, CVV, holder name and expiring date via weebly e-mail.
If you can contact me, I would like to get it by [email protected], which is my facebook account I used to log in Weebly.
Because my gmail([email protected]) storage has no more place, I can't get any e-mails anymore.
I am contacting Weebly just after I got the notification from my bank application.
I sent an e-mail and got an automatic reply, however as the message says it can take a long wait....
Just in case I am uploading here my topic as well. I hope I can get the answer soon.
