Complete form online then submit to selected email

I would like to have a fillable form that is on the site and then when finished and they click submit, the completed form is emailed to 3 or 4 email addresses.. Is this possible and how?

I searched this forum and found this post below that is similar but has no replies.

This is possible with the original Weebly editor. You can add multiple email address by clicking on the contact form in the editor, then the "options" tab. Then you can add multiple emails separated by a comma under the email field.
