Cannot Log In. Already resetted password many times.
I cannot log into my main account. It keeps telling me that my password is wrong.
I've already resetted my password at least 3 times now. I don't know what's wrong.

https://www.art-and-dress-hk.com by using [personal info removed] The thing I reach is a new page... The one [personal info removed] is not valid. Maybe I made a mistake by typo when I create the account... what can I do now? T.T Please help.

When I log in with art_and_dress.hongkong.com, it shows a start page.
But I never had an email as art_and_dress.hongkong.com.hk, there is ".hk" more at the end.

If the email address is wrong or misspelled in your Square account, you can update your Square account email address and change it.

My email had been corrected last month as [personal info removed] last month. The problem is I cannot connect to www.art-and-dress-hk.com to edit my page.

Do you have any other email addresses, @ArtAndDress? You may need to make a new one so I can set that email address as the email address for the account. I think the problem is that the email was used for a different account initially, and with certain accounts like that one the email address doesn't change correctly even if we try to do it on our end like our support agent did.

Maybe in the beginning, I have input a wrong email as [email protected] which does not exist. (".hk" is wrong)
Do you mean that I need to make my website art-and-dress-hk.com again? It's ok for me if I can use my correct corresponding email ([email protected]) to login. However, should the old information be covered?

It looks like our support team may have fixed this for you so you can log in with the correct version of your email address. When I check the account that has the correct email address, I see that your site is in that account.
