this is a scam.... i am running into the same problem. it is a dead end. I am going to get out of this domain and pay for another one. basically they are doing it so you keep on upgrading to make you think that you will resolve the problem.
they have nither a "let's talk live now" nor a legit email where you may contact them. they are basically jerking us around until we exhaust all the options under the illusion that we might fix the issue by doing useless upgrades.
