How many subdomain can I create

I would like to make a hotel website and I will choose "pro" plan . 

Because we have two branch, and We need to make three language website,so it will like

Homepage--choose branch--choose language （Chinese/English/Japanese）

There are some questions 

1.How many subdomain should/can I create？

2.Should I pay more than 12 USD (pro plan) to make this kind of website (Weebly said 20USD domain is free and I will choose 19.98USD one) ？

You can have up to 10 sites in an single account, and each site will need to be upgraded to a paid plan separately. If you register a domain name through us, it will not cost anything other than the price of the domain for it and any subdomains you want to set up with it.
