Domain Registration Failed

Hi,
I am trying to register a Domain for a family friend, I keep getting "An error has occurred, please try again later" (I am not seeing an error code). His account is being charged but it is being refunded as well. I just don't want to keep running into the same issue considering it is not my card.
Where should I look next to rectify the issue?
Thanks

Hi there. Are you trying to register a .com.au domain by any chance? If so, can you please confirm the domain name and if it exactly matches your business name?

mpkadvisory.com.au
Its a shortened version of the company name, which is MPK ADVISORY SERVICES PTY LTD

Thanks

Thanks for confirming, @OhMorrissey I checked with support and the registrar we use (register.com) has already reported a known issue with .com.au domains failing to register. They did not provide an eta for a fix but did confirm they are investigating the issue. If you need to register a .com.au domain immediately, you will need to register through a different company. You will not be able to transfer the domain billing to your Weebly account, but you will be able to connect the domain to your Weebly site. Please keep in mind that a paid hosting plan is required for a custom domain no matter where it is registered. Apologies for the frustration thus far!

Are we any closer to a resolution on this?

Is the billing able to be transferred across once the issue is resolved?
