weebly form submissions are being dropped in last 2 days

Am having form submissions being dropped in the last two days(12/29, 12/30(part of 12/30). It is working now. If anyone had this happen, can we find out the cause and fix so that it does not happen again.

Situation: User submits the form and gets a 'Thank you, your form has been submitted'. However the form does not show up in form entries, and no email is sent to form recipients. This happened more than once. Luckily it is back up again.
