unfortunatelly nobody help me out at all.

i have been charged on my credit card twice and yet not refound on my card back.

second thing i can't do anything with my web site.

I purchase it 2 days ago and is not working at all.

i bought a domain and ever since i can't figure out what is going on.

i can't upgrade or neither i can publish anything.

So please could you have a look on that because i really need it.

Nobody help me from your team.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I saw a refund in the account.. It looks like the system auto-refunded, though. You might want to check with the bank and verify they did not process both charges from your account. Only one was authorized. 

As far as the site goes, you still need to purchase a hosting plan in order to publish to the custom domain name. If you log into the account and click "upgrade" you will see a list of you options.
