SHOPPING CART BILLING INFORMATION ERROR
For a couple of years now I have customers calling in, frustrated, in the last step of checkout and getting an error message. It used to be "An Error Occured". Now it is "Billing Information Incomplete". Only the customer insists that they put the information in over and over and over.
I just got off the phone with a woman who said she was going to buy it somewhere else because she was so frustrated she was about to cry.
Please help. I have no idea how many customers I lose.
