Menu on some mobile devices

My site tri-trained.co.uk works fine on my mobile phone but the hamburger or the menu doesn't show on my two ipads..

Hi @Murrapa1 Do you have the iPad in portrait or landscape? Can you also very the version of iPad you are using?

The model number of my ipad is A1416 

Niether the Hamburger or the menu shows up in portrait or Landscape mode

Also the logo doesn't show

Oh, and does the regular navigation show up? Like it appears on desktop?

No menu of any type shows up, I have posted a screen grab, as you can see there is nothing showing above the cover picture.

Hm.. I wasn't able to find the exact device, but I found Model A1489 and I can see the mobile menu in both portrait and landscape mode. I did have to close your popup first as it was covering the menu. Do you see an x to close out your popup?

I only see the acceptance request to allow pop ups, but I can accept this and it never goes, if I select remind me later the pop disappears but I don;t see the menu

Ah, okay, I forgot about the cookie banner. The pop up I closed was for your email, I believe. I don't think I see the cookie notification banner from my end. Do you have a different browser you can add to the iPad to test out?

Okay, thank you for confirming. I'm going to hunt down the model type, or at least one similar. This may need to be escalated to advanced support, but I will let you know once I get confirmation.
