I had been on the phone for an hour, your chat was not working and my website was down so it all seemed a bit dire, but then someone answered the phone and we got it sorted. You really want to get your response times down to a sensible level and keep people informed on the call, Customer Service image must be suffering because of these failings which are completely avoidable with a half-decent mgmt team IMHO.
