How do I request a refund/downgrade my subscription package

Hi there 
You recently took payment for my annual renewal before I had a chance to change what I want to do for the coming year 
I would like a refund on the payment of £407 please 
I will continue to have a site but I am planning to downgrade my subscription while the CoronaVirus has the world in a state of unknown
I also wonder, if I were to revert to the free site for a couple of months would my shop (contents of) still be there when I returned in 3-6months?

Hi cassiebond. Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand the situation. Iv'e gone ahead and refunded your last renewal payment. You can now upgrade to the subscription you like with in your account editor/dashboard.

Thank you for the refund - but you took £407 and have refunded £371 
Difference is £36 
Why is this?

Usually when that happens, it's because the exchange rate changed during the time between you were first charge and when you were refunded. It looks like you have a different recent payment, so I refunded that but left the service intact. It should help make up more of the difference for you.
