Extremely poor customer service

It has officially been ONE WEEK since 2 of my websites have been down. All the online chat assistants can tell me is that my query has been "escalated"! Who else has experienced this? Does anyone know how much potential business is lost in a WEEK of downtime? I am disgusted with Weebly!!

I'm sorry to hear you are having a frustrating experience, @Karley1 Did you ever let us know the name of the site affected? The account you are logged into right now has a published site so I'm not sure where to look for this information. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble reaching support. It's not possible to import a site from a third party hosting company. You would need to rebuild the site from scratch in your Weebly account.

Hi Bernadette. I am hoping you can help me. I have a website which is not displaying correctly in the last few days. It publishes in mobile, not desktop format. I think there must be a bug that only you guys can fix at your end. All my other websites are fine, and this one was fine too, until a few days ago. I am reaching out through this channel because there really is no other viable customer service for Weebly pro customers living outside of the United States. There is no chat or live phone available, and I almost never receive replies from email support tickets I send. It is quite surprising that a company such as Weebly/Square would not be able to offer better customer service to its paying members. Weebly has an excellent product ... but poor customer service .... Such is a formula to the begining of the end to such a good company ... Please suggest a company with similar product but more responsive... Willing to pay more for good support and a company that cares
