I've installed Weebly's "Node Webhook Client" via GitHub to Heroku, got my callback URL, added it to the "manifest.json" file of my new Weebly app, went to my Weebly developer account, uploaded the new version of my app, installed the app to my Weebly test site and I was presented with this page:
