Customer contact about they can't finish buy, because of country code mess

Some can not find the country code in the list.
 
We know that the country code is in the list, however very hard to find. When our costumers can't find the country code within the first 30 sec. they abandon the "shopping cart".
 
The list contains duplicates and triplicates of numbers. This lowers our sites credibility and we loss customers. 
Since the numbers are not sequential and there are triplicates I assume that list is a coding error.
 
I would think that when you pick the country (just above the phone #) the country code should/could enter automatically.
 
Talked with weebly, they do not se this as a problem, but the costumers do, we get contactet 4-8 times a day with costumers that can not finish the orders, because of this problem.
