Please tell me this is in the works soon. We specifically need larger font for our cooks to be able to read the mods. They’re so tiny. I hope this feature is available very soon. Keep us updated. Thanks!!!
Adding our name to the request. Our customers struggle to find their names on the order tickets and receipts, which right now is the only we can offer contactless delivery. The names and ticket numbers used to print quite large and earlier this week they started printing smaller. We learned that the large print was apparently a "bug" that was fixed. It's not a bug it's a feature! Bring it back please!
Crazy that we have been asking for this for years and still no solution. Our previous ancient POS was able to do it. It is possible. I wish square for restaurant s would break off from square for retail because they have different needs. Should have gone with Toast.
Hopefully helping the cause by adding another request for this feature.
Kitchen just cannot function with the tiny font and would echo the issue with the quantity printout. Please provide a way to modify the formatting on the receipts, it would just make all the difference.
