How does a customer check their order status/history?
I made my first sales on my online store today (test sales), and am trying to figure out how my customers can check their order status. I can go into my Square Dashboard, go to orders and update status, and put in shipping tracking information. My customers get an email notification when I mark an item shipped. But is there a way for the customer to go back to my store and find the status of their order or their order history?

Hey @CalStyle Thanks for reaching out. Currently there is not a way for your customers to see their order details/history on your site. They'll need to refer back to their email for tracking and details. I'll be sure to surface this to our Weebly Team and tag your post as a feature request. When I hear any updates about this, I'll loop back to this thread!

For online orders, is there a way to add an order lookup option for customers to get an update on their order? This is for orders placed online.

Hey @lisispiceco,
I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller had the same question.
It looks like at the time this is a feature request and that they can only refer to their email for updates. I also get text updates personally when I order from a Square online shop because I entered my phone number telling me my order is ready.
