what is the best way to set up my appointments if I am looking for conversion reports?

I am switch back to square since you guys have your online appointment booking feature up and running.  My question is based around conversion reports because I really love data.  I am looking to set up my appointment types so that I can look at conversion rates.  specifically if I book a patient for a botox appointment how do I run a report to see who converted to another service type.  I am also looking to dial this down even further to see who booked a botox consult and then took a botox treatment service type.

Hello there @DCCM! Happy to hear that you've decided to come back to Square for your booking services!

 

We don't offer a way to export your customer appointment history so that you can see this data easily. The only way to look into it would be to choose a customer from your Directory and scroll down to the "Past Appointments" section. From there you can see the different services your customer has come in for in the past. I can understand why you'd want to have the snapshot of the different services that clients have converted over to. While we don't have that type of report now, I can make sure that this feedback gets to our Product Team.
