what happens when approved transactions are missing?

we had over 23 transactions yesterday and the daily summary is missing 15 of them. how do we get a hold of someone to see what happened to the missing money. I am out at least $300 and don't known what happened or how to get the money back. every transaction said approved but now we can't find the transactions or deposits.

Hello @oolalaluv, sorry to hear about the trouble. 

Have you checked the Transaction Status Report to make sure none of the transactions were declined or voided? This report will display these types of transactions.
