square online Item sync

Hi friends, 

 

New in square

 

I created 2 items in square now I am designing he online square store, When it comes to show items in the online store, I can't see the items I have created in the square dashboard. Even with sync on, I can't see the items to pt them into the online. It seems that I have to create it again,

 

Some guidelines please?

Hello hello Karim,

 

Well that's odd you can't access your items from your web-store editor, what I would recommend you to do is to head to your your Square Dashboard >> Items >> Site Items basically, you should have all your items listed from that page, if you don't see anything, it might be due to an error when you were trying to add your items to your store.

 

If you can see/access/edit your store item(s) from that page, but can't access them from your editor, I do recommend to delete it/them from your Square Dashboard >> Items >> Site Items and add them back directly from your Editor.

HI, are you adding the items on your Square Dashboard? or Online Dashboard?

Something definitely sounds a bit odd here - please let us know where you're adding the items, and if you can see them in your Point of Sale app, or Dashboard, so we can troubleshoot further!
