refund is not possible?

recently i purchased the products and paid through square cash with my debit card. the products i received are not the same as the seller provided so i asked for a refund. The seller said that square cash doesnt deal with that once its deposited into the bank...is that true? i got the fake products from the seller and it was over $ 4,000.00.

Even if that is true that doesn't mean he can't send you money, just like you sent him money.

Go to your credit card company next and dispute the charge.

Square can't help you as they are simply the credit card processor, you need to see what your debit card company has in place for disputes and what the first step is.
