pending refund

I requested a refund for 2 payments by the same customer. One was refunded and the other charge says pending. Wondering why it is marked as pending. The refunded charge was taken from my square balance and my bank acct. How long will this take?

Great question when it comes to refunds. Is this payment still showing as pending? 

If so, will you send a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
