is it possible to send emails to customers that were seen a year ago??

I want to send the $5.00 off next visit emails to clients. Is it possible to send to people that I have not seen in a year or more??

If you manually entered their email address into your Customer Directory, you will always have access to those customers emails but there are some time restrictions when the Square Register automatically adds customers to your "reachable" merchants. 

 

We will automatically add profiles to your Reachable Customers group when a customer: 

 

- Visits your business at least twice in the last 12 months 
- Pays with a credit or debit card 
- Elects to receive a digital receipt via email

 

If your customer was automatically added, you will only be able to reach them if they have made two purchases with the last year.
