create new items into the Online Items from the Item Library
I have been unsuccessful in creating a new item from my Item Library into my Online Site Items. It will not even sync any updates of an existing item from the Item Library into the Online Items.
It does not create or sync items to the Online Site. However, new items are successfully sync'd from the Online Site Items to my Item Library. How can I get new items from the Item Library to be created in the Online Site?? I need them to show up on the store website.

HI, there is a known sync issue with Square regarding inventory. If you are adding items at the busiest time of the day the sync lag will be longer. Try adding inventory very early in the morning or very late in the evening. By adding inventory in your Online Dashboard and not your Square Dashboard the items seem to sync faster.

This new item was created about a week ago and still has not sync'd up with the Online Site Items. Thank you.
