@lifewithhair  If you log out of one Square account and log into another, yes.

 

From the same Square account, no. Square does not offer a way to separate deposits. Your best bet is to keep track of person 2's sales from person 1's account and transfer the money to their account once the deposit hits.

I have a business account already. Wanted to know if I can deposit new transaction in a completly different bank account not for business, for myself. Should I just get different reader for that?

If you want deposits to go into a separate account you'll have to set up a new location for your current business or a completely separate Square account. Either way, you'll either need to have two devices logged into separate locations/accounts with the additional reader or you'll need to log out/log in to each location/account each time you want the funds deposited into specific accounts.
