Why does Appointments not show on mobile web browser?

We use the "add your booking flow to an existing site" option for Square Appointments but have noticed that when someone visits from a mobile device, it never loads for the person. When someone visits our web page where Appointment is suppose to be embedded it is simply blank with no error message. It appears to work with Safari but not with Firefox on mobile devices. After looking at our Google analytics, it looks like quite a few people use the mobile Firefox and we are seeing them bounce when they get to our web page to book an appointment. 

 

We have had SEVERAL complaints about this and it appears to happen too often and too frequent. We are at the point of using another scheduler as this problem interrupts our workflow with unnecessary calls and emails that would never happen if it simply worked!
