Why are some of my order statuses red?
Hi all,
When I look at my "Orders" list from the Square Dashboard, some of the order statuses are listed in red.
The red statuses show up for:
3 "Ready" pickup orders placed last week that haven't been picked up yet
1 "New" pickup order placed last week
When I look at the "Orders" section on the Weebly side, there's no indication that anything is amiss.
What are the implications of the red order status? Is this simply for my information—or a warning that some action will happen if the customer does not pick up their order by a certain time?
Thank you—I've scoured tons of help articles, seller questions, and pages of Google, but I can't find this answer.

Hmm, this one is tricky. Were these orders ever picked up? I'm thinking the red indicates that some time has passed and the status was never updated.
I can't say for sure though. Reach out to our Ecom Team to get a more accurate answer.
