Where is the nickname in add a customer?
When you export your list of customers you can see that there is a nickname field but when you add a customer there is not a field to add one. Why?

Hi @Clay, good question. This was not implemented into the Customer Directory on the Dashboard or app, as you've noticed, but still remains on the .csv file.
For now, it will not serve any purpose in the app - searching by nickname, for example, will not yield any results. For now, the notes field is your best bet if you need to include any additional info about your customer. Hope that helps!
