So my square account is linked to my website and I have loaded say 20 items. Those are viewable on my webiste for purchase. However, when adding say, teh 21st item the website does not display that or additional items. If I go back and modify say the 1st inventory item with a new picture and info. then that is viewable on the website. it is like there is a limit to what Square sends out.
I was thinking it is my website but the other catagories are listed below those inventory items and I can see stuff deleted and added in those catagories in my website too.
Same when using all browsers: Safari, Chrome, and IE.

I am new to having an ecommerce store thru square, just published a few days ago...question? When adding a new item to the store, do I need to 're-publish' store following each added item?
Also, got lost on trying to link my Facebook account with square online site? any insite from anyone?

You don't need to re-publish after adding new items. They'll show up on the Shop All / Order Online page automatically, and also show up on category pages if you add them to a category within your Square Online Store dashboard.
Regarding Facebook, were you looking to sync your items to your Facebook catalog so you can use them with a Facebook shop?

Hello @AdamB, I have the same issue as @silveronmymind... yet the items I uploaded in Square's dashboard aren't showing up on my website which I synched and published the other day. Please help!

Which items are you not seeing on your website, @mentalpaint? I checked your online store and see 8 items listed.

Hi AdamB,
I figured out where to add my items on my laptop. But I can't add items directly to my site from the Point of Sale app. Is this normal? I would like to be able to add items directly to my site directly from my phone.
I'm also having another problem: my "Commissions" tab is not showing up in my site navigation on my published site, despite it being fully edited and ready in Square's website editor.

You can add items directly from your Point of Sale app, and they should automatically sync to your website. This sync continuously works in the background, so you don’t need to do anything specific to turn it on. However, there are a few settings you can toggle, which you’ll find on your Square Online Overview page in Items > Item Sync or Shared Settings > Item Sync. Here's an article that references what can and can not be synced.
Can you provide the direct link to your website @mentalpaint to see if I can see your "Commissions Tab"?

How does stock count reflect on website inventory? I have updated per item on the stock count, but the site says out of stock. Is there something I did wrong?

If you add stock to the item in your Square Dashboard it should sync over to the same item on your online store. I have seen a few people who happened to have more than one item with the same name in their Square library but for different locations, and the one set up for fulfillment with the online store was the one that they did not add more stock to.

Hello, I'm adding stock items and they are not showing up on the website. I copied items that were already there, thinking that would simplify things. Could that be why?

Do you have your Square Sync turned on? This would automatically update any item or stock changes you make in your Dashboard to your Online Store.
If you don't, then it would have to manually be done in the Online Store to reflect on your website.
