Unique links within footer

Is there a method to have unique links within the footer for individual pages? i.e We have a contacts link in the footer. When one clicks on page "X" we would like the contacts link to be unique to page "X" and have a different/unique contacts link to page "Y" ?

@DLarsen i think the best bet would be to do a minimal footer with just your logo and no links and then just add a section above the footer on each page with your footer links and unique links you want.  It is a bit more tedious, but it can be done.  If you are using the defacto sale website for a quick site, this is much harder, but you can edit every single page on a site including item pages.
