Tickets not syncing across Ipads
Just upgraded to the new experience. Attempted to call, operator couldn't hear me and the online chat told me that they couldn't assist so hopefully the forum can help.
We upgraded to the "new" experience and now our tickets are not syncing across ipads. We have 3 behind the bar. 1 that's on a square stand, and two that are mobile. All are operating on ios 15 now and have the latest square update. They have been restarted, app closed and re-opened tickets don't seem to follow no matter what. Tickets created on the ipad with 1 user does stay on the ipad for other bartenders.
All tickets do appear on the terminals, but not on the ipads.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

We had a similar problem and it ended up being our WiFi. We were exceeding our max number of IP addresses. We disabled the guest WiFi and that solved the problem. We are upgrading our hardware so we can have guest WiFi in the future. Not sure if this is also your issue, but it's worth a look!
