The devices that are in the system are not showing up on the sales report by device. Any idea why?
How do I get the device name on the sales report?

Hi @SteveHubbard, which report are you viewing? For most of the reports available in your Dashboard, you'll find the option to sort by device in the Advanced Options at the top.
The device names shown are actually from the settings of the phone/tablet itself, as opposed to the app (e.g. "Spenser's iPhone"). So if you see "No Device Name" in the reporting, you'll want to ensure the employee's devices have a name saved in the settings. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

We had sales in July and August and nothing is showing up in the report why? because there not device set up?
