TICKETS
I use the Contactless & Chip Reader. On my Tickets, I use the "Notes" function extensively to further describe specific line-item charges. Starting yesterday, the following occurs: After a sale, those notes (which can be seen on MY copy of each ticket)
DO NOT APPEAR on the customer's receipt! Why can I see the notes but my customers can't? And, why the sudden change, i.e., why were the Notes visible on customers' receipts prior to yesterday but not now? Thanks.
