TEAM PERMISSIONS
Hello! We have several devices and a register that we use for our league. As a 501c3 organization, $35 per location is a bit excessive for how we use Square. I would like to switch our account to the free Team Permissions, but not sure if we can use 2 bank accounts. We have a register that goes to one account and then Square devices that feed to another account. In addition, the members that use the register do not need the same permissions as those with the readers. Is it possible to have users with different roles, or is it all or nothing? For example, I do not want our cashiers to be able to make changes to the account. Thank you!

Hey there @BSB_SDavi -
You can have 2 different bank accounts with your different locations without it affecting your Team Permissions. To get back to the free version of Team Permissions- go ahead and unsubscribe by going to Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions > Unsubscribe (right side).
This will revert every employee to the Team Permission role. You can set the role to have whichever permissions you want - just remember that it's going to be universal across all employees. The specific roles will no longer be available.

Thank you, Kassi! Will the Administrator be the only one that can change account information or will everyone have that ability?

HI there, @BSB_Savi 👋 I can step in for Kassi on this one.
That is correct - the Administrator will have full authority to change account information, while also being able to limit permissions and restrictions for those listed under the role of Team Management.
