Square Register

so ive just purchased a square register.  when i called and talked to tech support prior to purchasing i told them the receipt and label printers I owned and they said they would work with the system. however nothing i have is showing up in the program when connected.  Im currently trying to connect a Citizen Receipt Printer Zebra GK420d label printer volcora cash drawer and Hootoo barcode reader.  nothing is showing up. any help would be wonderful

I'm not sure who you talked to, was it Square or a hardware vendor?

but that receipt printer is not supported https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility/accessories/receipt-printers?device%5B%5D=register

nor is the barcode reader https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility/accessories/barcode-scanners?device%5B%5D=register

if the cash drawer is printer driven it will work and that is what it looks like from the website for that brand.  but it needs to be connected to a compatible printer.
