Square Marketing: Update billing preferences

The title of this thread was updated from its original title: “How do I change my Square Marketing email settings from Monthly fee to pay per email?”.


I tried the Square Marketing Email free 30-day trial, and now that the trial is over I would like to change my settings to pay per email. Where do I go to change this so I am not charged $15/month in the future.

As for your quesiton, it sounds like you'll need to get started by unsubscribing to your current subscription so you're not billed. If you navigate to the Pricing and Subscriptions tab under Account and Settings on your Square Dashbaord, you'll be able to manage your subscriptions. Once cancelled, you can make a new election if you decide to ran a campaign in the future. Hope this helps!
