The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Square Card
I would like to know how do I know that my deposits are in my square card account. When I look at the my dashboard I see 0 balance. I need help..

Hello @Unica! Helen here form the Community team. I just wanted to add that you can view your card balance from the Point of Sale app: tap the three horizontal lines in the top left > then tap Balance. You should see your current balance at the top of the screen.
If you need it, there's more information about getting started with Square Card in the Support Center.

I haven’t gotten my card yet, should come in a few days, but from what I understand it just uses your Square account balance before it gets deposited to your bank account. There isn’t a separate account that it pulls from.

I received a debit card but it does have any of my sales on it. When I look at my account I can see the transactions but the balance shows zero. I have tried using the debit card but it keeps being declined. I took my Square debit card to my bank to transfer the balance but it could not be done. According to my Square account my debit is activated. So, why Can't I access the money I made in sales transactions? Who do I need to contact?
