Shared Calendar Permissions
How can I, as the owner/admin share my calendar with everyone, but not let them edit it on Square Appointments?
I own a hairschool with clients, I need the students to be able to see my clients info on their square, but I don't need them to have the ability to delete or change anything on mine.

Hi @maneonparkave! Happy to have you here in the Community!
You'll want to set up Team Permissions so you can choose what you want your students to have access to or not.
From your Dashboard under the Team section, you'll see the Access Shared Point of Sale toggle. When you enable that, you'll see an option called Manage Customers. Make sure that option does not have a check mark in the box next to it. That will prevent your students from being able to change any client information.

Okay so what I want is the ability for the owner's schedule to be viewable by all. But other team members cannot view their colleagues calendar. If that is what you propose as the fix, that didnt work.

Ahh thank you for clarifying @maneonparkave. Sorry, I went down the wrong "answer hole."
So there isn't a way for your employees to see your schedule, without also being able to see each others. When you go to the Team permissions page on your Dashboard, you'll scroll all the way to the bottom and see this section:
If you have the "Manage All Calendars" option selected as shown above, then the employee(s) with that enabled will be able to see each persons calendars. There's unfortunately not a way to limit the visibility of certain staff members calendars.
Sorry that it took me a minute to understand what you were asking. And also sorry that we don't quite have the function you're looking for at this time.
