Set pick-up for a specific date in the future?

We are events-based and use Square as our POS system for bar, concessions, ticketing, raffles and merchandise. We are also setting up our online store through Square to sell all of our merch & Season Passes. In the past, we offered pick-up for people that want to save on shipping & who are already coming to our event. From our current store, we can set up pick-up for a specific date & time (ex. August 18th, 5-9 PM). Is that possible with Square? So far all I can see for customizing pick-up is choosing days of the week you are available and what times. That doesn't really work for us because we want to be able to offer pick-up 2-3 weeks in advance to coincide with when the event is happening in our venue.
