Return of defective contactless reader; do I need to return the magstripe reader that does work?

My contactless and chip reader does not work, but my magstrip reader does work.  When returning the contactless device that does not work, do I need to return the magstrip reader too?

Hey @nancythelmt - Sorry to hear you're having issues with your reader. Do you mind providing more information on what you mean when you say it doesn't work? Just asking to see if  we can help you troubleshoot it. If not, you wouldn't need to return the Magstripe with it if you decide to return the Contactless + Chip Reader.
