Responding to Square Assistant Messages via Email
When our business receives a message through Square Assistant, an email copy of this message is sent to us. It reads on the email "Respond or Reply to this Email". If you reply to the email directly, the message is never actually sent. This function does not work.

There is no way to screen shot this. It would be ideal for someone from the Square Support team to duplicate this scenario. Replying directly to emails from Square Assistant does not send a response as it is intended to do.

They will be able to replicate the error you are encountering if it’s not directly related to settings within the app.
