Remove Tax after payment?
A customer did not request their meal to be tax exempt at time of payment, but days later is trying to submit a tax exempt form for their previous meal. Is it even possible to refund tax?

@chenn Can't really edit a sale after the transaction has happened. You can refund the tax amount, and deduct that amount when you submit sales tax receipts but keep documentation. The cleanest way is to refund the whole transaction amount and re-ring it up without tax. What I would tell them is to refund the tax, they need to come by and you can refund and recharge at the correct price and provide receipts.
