Receipt message- how I can I change it and get it to stay? So frustrated I get an error
I asked a square person to write out my receipt message because I only had access to my iPad. Tons of misspellings and bad punctuation ...
i tried to change it when I got to my WINDOWS Comp and it just kept giving me an error code having to do w my email!
I need to change this ASAP! Please help

We may need you to clarify this a bit for us. Did you request one of our Square employees write your receipt information? We do not authorize Square employees to write content or edit account specific informatiton under any circumstances, so I would love to get some more context here.
In regards to the error message when logging in with your email, what specifically does the error message say? Feel free to include a screenshot of the message here if you'd like us to take a look.
I will keep an eye out for your response!
